During my menopause transition I started to incorporate daily rituals with essential oils into my life. The oils together with breathing and movements assisted me to shift long held mental patters and programming which were no longer needed.
Why I started eating meat again and a nourishing recipe to try to make the switch easy!
During perimenopause I noticed I could no longer function without meat. After being a vegetarian for many years it was a big step to eat meat again. I still prefer vegetable over meat taste wise, but this recipe has helped me to make the switch. It helped me to stay full, and after switching to an elimination diet that included meat (while removing all processed foods), I actually reduced my weight.
